Audio minutes measure completed recordings, not time watching the screen. Meeting imports represent recording length. Started minus completed and errors can include cancellations or work still in progress.

Only known app families are counted. Unknown apps appear as Other. Browser websites and window titles are never collected.

Downloads

GitHub counts asset downloads across published releases. Cloudflare counts installer requests from this service starting when tracking was enabled. These overlap and must not be added together. Retries, updates, automation, and incomplete transfers can increase either count.

Usage counts cover installations that enabled sharing. A random ID persists across updates and is hashed before storage. Usage and diagnostic records exclude IP addresses, hardware identifiers, audio, transcripts and profile details. Separately, the Profiles section shows optional name, age and gender details that users explicitly share. Users can remove the shared copy from Personalize; stale profile records expire after 365 days. Clearing app data, another OS profile, or another device creates another installation. Running means a heartbeat within 10 minutes; recent activity means a feature start, completion, or error within 15 minutes. These are estimates, not live presence. Daily boundaries use UTC.
